When we began planning to integrate the new processes and systems, Tsource was very agreeable to the idea of not doing everything at once and how we could budget change in over the next couple of years. That really impressed me. Other companies would come in and say, ‘oh all of this needs to be done right now and it’s going to be this huge budget’. I didn’t feel any of those same pressures from Tsource, quite the opposite. I felt like they wanted to do this at our pace and at our comfort level with the spend.”
